The aim of this course is to help participants have a more focused contact with higher awareness, wholeness, integrity
and a sense of meaning and purpose..
Areas to be considered
Ruth plans to look at themes such as evolution, death and rebirth,
karma, chakras, healing, guides, angels, and understanding our soul’s purposes for us in our present lives.
The Workshop will
comprise:
Teaching methods will include talks, guided journeys and meditation, healing exercises and group discussions.
Ruth also plans to draw on channelled talks and interactions with Gildas, her well-known and well loved discarnate guide.
